Fresh Air and Gunshots!

Each year, between Christmas and New Years, the Jones side of the family has a reunion since everyone is usually in town for the holidays. For the first few years of being married, Glen Allen and I couldn't make it to much of the fun because he worked for UPS and his hours were HORRIBLE!! But these past few years we have been able to enjoy the family more! On Saturday, it is tradition to go out and do a bonfire and bring out the guns for a little shooting. The boys had a great time playing around in the dirt, climbing the trees and shooting the guns. Jaxon was very interested in the idea of the guns and watching the big boys shoot but when it came time for him to try it, he was not too happy! Glen David loved it and of course Glen Allen was in heaven!

Playing in the dirt!

My little tree climber... I was suprised at how high he was able to get all on his own! He is ALL boy!

The reunion ended on Sunday evening with a temple light scavenger hunt and then back to Grandma's house for soup and treats! We had a great time and it was nice to see all the Jones cousins!
